Allende & Brea obtains domain names

Allende & Brea obtained a decision in Argentine federal courts in favor of the main social network.

The final ruling was issued against a cybersquatter who registered several domain names at the ccTLD level (.com.ar) with variations and mispellings of the well known trademark. One of the websites was also using the logo of the social network. The plaintiff was able to prove that the defendant has registered aproximately 40,000 additional domain names as a sign of bad faith.
